These General Conditions were drawn up in English and translated into Spanish and German for customer service purposes only (courtesy translation). In the case of any dispute between the Parties with respect to the interpretation of any clause of these General Conditions, the English version shall determine such dispute and prevail in any respect.

Coast Classics Shop uses DHL to fulfil orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and continue to the checkout page.
All orders are shipped to DHL processing warehouse and once it is received there, it is shipped to the customer.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available Worldwide from Coast Classics. If you do not see your country on the dropdown list you can select “Other” and just include your shipping info in the correct area.
Can I check the status of my international order?
Our customer service department can provide tracking information for your order. Tracking information takes 2-4 days to be received once the order is shipped. Also, we cannot track packages to all countries, we are currently limited. Email classics@coast-classics.com to inquire about tracking.

If you love us enough to buy our merchandise, we want you to love it enough to wear it every day.
So if your order arrives and it doesn’t look like something you’d wear on a lazy Sunday alone in your house (either because it’s damaged, five sizes too small, three sizes too big, or it’s a women’s shirt and you’re definitely not a woman), we’re happy to exchange it or refund your purchase price.
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in the original condition you received them in. We will NOT accept returns for items that have been used as a coaster, slept on by your dog Shaggy, or worn by your cousin Earl to the local swap meet. Note, shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. (Shipping isn’t free and it’s certainly not coming out of our budget.)
Please be sure to include your order number with your return and tell us if you’re requesting an exchange or a refund and why.
